This Privacy Policy explains how eNation Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects Personal Data when users access or use Corpvela (“Platform”, “Service”). This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) (“DPDP Act”), and other applicable global privacy and data protection laws. This Privacy Policy is separate from the Terms of Use and governs only data protection and privacy practices.

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, registered users, recruiters, candidates, enterprise customers, partners, and any individual whose Personal Data is processed through the Platform.

Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Data including collection, storage, use, disclosure, or deletion.
Data Subject” means the individual whose Personal Data is processed.
Controller” refers to eNation Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Processor” refers to third parties processing data on behalf of the Company.

Personal Data is currently stored in data centers located in India. Where international transfers are required, the Company ensures appropriate safeguards including contractual protections, encryption, access controls and compliance mechanisms in accordance with GDPR and applicable laws.

Users may opt-in to receive marketing communications through email, SMS or WhatsApp. Users may opt-out at any time using unsubscribe mechanisms or by contacting the Company. Transactional and service-related communications may continue as required for contractual or legal purposes.

The Company implements administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encryption, access controls, monitoring, audits and secure backups. While reasonable measures are applied, no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Corpvela may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to support recruitment workflows and analytics. Such processing does not produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review and safeguards.

In the event of a personal data breach, the Company will assess impact and notify relevant authorities and affected individuals in accordance with applicable legal timelines where required.

18. Standard Contractual Clauses and Data Processing Addendum

Where required for cross-border transfers or enterprise customers, the Company may execute a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from unauthorized access, system failures, or external cyber incidents beyond reasonable control.

20. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
